"Clean, friendly, and private rooms, but food needs improvement"
1. The place is always really clean. 2. The caregivers are very friendly. 3. The rooms are big and private. 4. Both female and male caregivers are available. 5. Residents have meals together three times a day. 6. The food is just okay. 7. There are no formal activities.

"Amazing place with friendly staff and happy residents"
They are amazing. No complaints at all. The only small issue is they need to answer the phone when it rings. Other than that, everything has been great. The place is always super clean. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The residents all seem happy and comfortable. My loved one is well taken care of. Everything has been fantastic. The Golden Years is a very nice community.
