"Friendly Staff, Clean Home, Nice Location, Waiting List"

I called this place before coming over. The staff are friendly and interact well with the residents. The house is nice with spacious rooms and a decent backyard for walks. Every staff member spoke to me, and the house was very clean. I also like the location, but even though you said a room was available, it’s not right now. I’m first on their waiting list.
