Greenhaven Estates Assisted Living

"Great place for loved ones with spacious rooms and friendly staff"
When I came here for a tour, the person I talked to was really nice and truthful. The place itself looked super clean and everyone seemed happy. My loved one stays in a big room in memory care, and it's very roomy. They also have shared rooms which are a good size too. The location is good with lots of nearby places to take your loved one out to. We think Greenhaven Estates is great and have already told others about it.

"Underwhelming and Untruthful Experience at Greenhaven Facility"
We toured this assisted living facility and initially looked forward to it, but were utterly disappointed with the reality. We had to put down a deposit for our loved one, only to end up having to be refunded because they never stuck to their commitments. It was like dealing with pushy car sales people, which wasn't at all appreciated. The woman dishing out the details was all business and no warmth. From an outsider's perspective, the facility itself looks clean and appealing, but inside it's a totally different story. It's not as clean as it seems, and safety for wheelchair users was questionable. I wouldn't want to trust Greenhaven with even my best friend's dog.

"Costly with added fees. Unfurnished room. Missed scheduled call."
This place is a bit expensive. They charge a lot just to stay here, and then they tack on more fees based on how much help you need. Also, the room they give you isn't even furnished, which seems like something they should include. On top of that, they missed a call they were supposed to make to me.

"A Nice Place with Exceptional Community Support"
I'm still exploring other places, but I liked this one. It's older but still pretty nice. The community contact, [Name removed], who spent a lot of time with me to see if my mom would have her needs met, was amazing and incredibly helpful.

"High staff turnover and low morale at assisted living facility"
I'm taking my mom out of here! It's heartbreaking to see how the new bosses have turned their backs on the old staff. The morale is at rock-bottom. It seems like nobody's cheerful or even cares anymore. I strongly advise not to place your loved ones in this facility.

"Beloved Caretaker Departure Disappoints Residents of Greenhaven Estates"
Today, my grandma told us that isn't at Greenhaven Estates anymore. She's really sad, and so are others. [Removed] made everyone feel happy and close, like family. Thanks, , for all you did. We already miss you.

"Friendly Community with Great Staff and Activities"
We were happy that my Aunt and Uncle's long-term insurance approved this community. They are still getting used to it, but they like their 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor with a nice view. The place is a bit old and could use some updates in the apartment, like new cabinets, shelves, and bathroom storage. My aunt is excited to join some of the activities once they settle in. Walking to the dining room gives them some exercise. The two dining rooms are very welcoming with tablecloths and flowers on the tables. The menu has two options for lunch and dinner. All the staff seem to love their jobs and are always smiling and friendly. Housekeeping and laundry are done weekly. It's comforting to know that the memory care unit is just on the other side of the dining room if needed in the future.

"Unpleasant experience."
When I visited, smelled bad, stained furniture, felt like a business.
