"Mixed Bag: Older Facility, Good Overall"
This place is a bit older. If your family member might wander late at night, it's not the best choice. But overall, it's a good facility.

"A great new home with friendly, helpful staff"
My mom moved to Hacienda Grande four days ago. Even though it’s a big change for her, I think this new place will work out well. Marianne Hodel, the administrator, is great—professional, experienced, and always ready to help with any questions. The staff is friendly and cheerful, but some of them have heavy accents that are sometimes hard for my mom to understand. The facility is secure, has lots of amenities for different needs, and has a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect for us. We're very happy with our choice.

"Not Quite Home Sweet Home"
We didn't really like the overall effect. The rooms were smaller, and it just didn't feel homey. Unfortunately, there was nothing available on the first floor, and the cost was over $4,000 per month.

"Mixed Review on Long Beach's Hacienda Grande Assisted Living"
We weren't too impressed overall. The rooms were tiny and didn't create a homely atmosphere. Unfortunately, no options were available on the ground floor, and the rates were over 4000 dollars per month.

"Expensive assisted living facility with small rooms and added fees."
Honestly, this assisted living facility? It's super disappointing. The rooms are really tiny and they don't even have suites. Plus, you can't have a fridge or a microwave. And guess what, you've got to shell out an extra $100 a month for medication because these guys insist it's some legal thing that residents can't take care of their own meds. And let's not forget, all of this costs a whopping $3500 a month!

"Cramped Living, No Amenities, High Fees at Assisted Living Facility"
This so-called assisted living home is disappointing. The rooms are pretty tiny, there are no suites, and worst of all, you're not allowed to have a fridge or microwave! On top of all this, you have to shell out an extra $100 in cash every month just for medication. Why is that? Apparently, they're legally not allowed to handle the meds themselves. The worst part is the whopping $3,500 you need to pay each month. Not what I expected at all!
