"A Few Hiccups, Overall Nice Assisted Living Facility"
Thank you for sharing your review! It's great to hear that the assisted living facility has a lot going for it, including cleanliness, friendly staff, and a caring atmosphere. However, I understand your concerns about communication and occasional issues with food. Hopefully, they'll address those areas to earn that coveted fifth star.

"Safe and clean facility with minor caregiver and food concerns"
This place is really good overall, so I'd give it 5 stars, but I had two problems. One of the caregivers didn't seem to like her job and wasn't very nice to the patients. She even accused one of faking pain. I was relieved when she was replaced after a few weeks. Also, I was worried when my mom said they fed her Spaghetti-O's and canned meals. The administrator said they serve homemade meals, but I don't think canned pasta counts. The caregiver admitted they occasionally serve canned food for lunch. Besides those issues, it's a nice, clean place, and they brought in a really kind caregiver. If they stop serving canned pasta, I'd give them 5 stars!

"Pleasantly surprised by clean, friendly facility with caring staff."
This was the first Board & Care place we visited, and we had some negative ideas before going. But we were very surprised at how nice it was. The house was clean, in a good neighborhood, had a good layout, and the caregivers and residents were friendly. She was amazing. However, my mom's dementia means she sometimes says things without thinking. Even though we don’t have any racial prejudice, we’re worried that my mom might say inappropriate things to who is a woman of color.

"Encourage more resident participation in activities!"
The staff and community are amazing. The meals are tasty and they give a good amount to my loved one. The only thing I’d change is how they handle activities. There are lots of them, but they don’t encourage the residents to join in. I still recommend this place.

"Friendly and Fun Atmosphere at Bridging Love II"
Bridging Love II in Hemet, CA is a newer facility. The place is clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The other residents are nice as well. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They have games, board activities, and outdoor fun. I moved to Austin, so I’m no longer there.

"Attentive care, slow communication, good food; overall comforting environment."
They have been really good at taking care of my mom. They make sure she goes to her doctor's appointments and go with her too. They make things easy for us. I feel very relaxed with her here, although sometimes they take a while to get back to us, they always tell me what's happening. The staff is friendly and professional. They seem to be close with the people who live here. They tell me she has made good friends with the other people who live here and keeps busy. They are very organized. The food is good too. She likes the food a lot.

"Bridging Lives II"
They’ve been really good and attentive to my mom’s needs. They make sure she gets to her doctor’s appointments and even go with her. Everything is convenient. I feel comfortable with her here, though communication can be slow. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a close relationship with the residents. They keep me informed about everything. The food is good too, and she looks forward to it.
