"My family's horrible experience at an assisted living facility"
After two months at this place, my family member came home having lost 20 pounds, suffering from stage 2 bedsores, and recounting hours spent alone in the dark. The facility lacks proper training for the care of dementia patients and the record keeping for medication and meals was poor. They didn’t have any activities to entertain or engage residents. Despite providing subpar services, they overcharged us outrageously. Our loved one’s health worsened there but improved a lot a month after we moved him. Got him better care and he gained 10 pounds back and had his wounds properly taken care of. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place.
