"Helpful staff, great communication, room for improvement with doctors"

Hawkins Suite has been really helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The staff is well-trained and super friendly. I’m completely satisfied with Hawkins Suite. The only thing they could improve on is having better communication with mobile doctors.

"Caring and Compassionate Staff"

The staff at Hawkins is awesome! My mom had dementia and was hard to take care of, but the loving caregivers got her to eat (the food is yummy) and join in on exercise and activities. When she couldn't get out of bed, they were very attentive, kept her clean, and she always seemed happy. Thank you, Hawkins, for taking such great care of my mom! I will always be grateful for your kindness.

""Skip Hawkins Suite - Bad Experience and Terrible Food""

My wife stayed there and it was dreadful. The employees lacked any real experience and the meals were just not fit for eating. Keep far away from Hawkins Suite. I can't endorse the facility and I've since moved my wife back home.'

"Beautiful and Bright Community"

After A Place for Mom suggested it, we checked out the community and were really impressed. Hawkins Suite is a beautiful place. Everyone has their own room and can bring their own things. The community is very bright and has lots of nature around it. The staff is helpful and friendly. We are very happy with them and would highly recommend it to anyone.

"Mixed Feelings About New Assisted Living Facility"

This place has a really nice vibe. The backyard is lovely, and the rooms are pleasant with nice colors. The common area is good, but I noticed there's no dining table? The open shower is nice though. However, there are only 2 bathrooms, which seems limited. Michelle, who works here, is very nice, but she's new to this industry. They call it 'training.' My main concern is that during the busiest times 7-11 am and 5-7 pm, they only have 2 caregivers available. On weekends, Michelle or someone from her family covers them. This arrangement worries me a bit.

"Ambiance great, staffing concerns."

Nice ambiance, but few staff concerns during peak hours and weekends.

"Fantastic Assisted Living with Family Activities"

Great place! They have family activities like birthday parties and Christmas parties. They even provide transportation to the doctor, and the doctor comes to the house too. It's a good fit if you prefer board and care.

"Owner is super nice and knowledgeable, cares about residents"

The owner is super nice and knows a lot. She really cares about the residents. They have 24-hour care with a nurse awake all night.
