"Hillside Location, Knowledgeable Owner"
Had to cancel tour, chose another home. Owner busy. Saw house on cul de sac hill before. Hard for walking outside. Power grids in backyard. Owner on phone was smart. Maybe visit another time.

"Challenging Home Layout for Caregivers"
The caregivers are really nice, but the house is small and not easy to move around in with a walker or wheelchair. There's too much furniture and decorations, like statues and side tables. The house is on a steep hill, which makes getting in and out tricky for people with balance problems. Still, the caregivers are great, and we feel safe with them. The house layout is our main struggle.
