"Caring Staff and Good Food at Helping Hands"
My Grandmother was at Helping Hands Residential Care for a couple of months. She wanted to come home, and since her health was getting better, I felt it was best to bring her home with me. While my Grandmother was there, the staff was friendly. They had accents, so sometimes it was hard to understand them, but we worked through that. My Grandmother liked the food. She could order whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted, which was nice. She didn't join in any activities and wasn't allowed to leave the community for a walk, but her room had a small patio where she could sit outside. We brought her own TV with headphones. The only real drawback was that there was no buzzer to call for help to get up during the night to go to the restroom. However, they were great at helping her shower and dress, and her room and the rest of the community were clean. I would recommend Helping Hands Residential Care to my friends and family.

"Helpful and caring staff; handled challenges with grace and support."
I've really liked Helping Hands. Everyone there has been really great. We've been dealing with a tough situation, especially with my mom being a bit difficult, but they've handled it well.
