"Great Communication at Parkwest of Northridge!"
Everything at Parkwest of Northridge has been really good. They communicate well, always letting me know about anything important. My mom doesn't always want to shower, and they can't make her. That's the only part of the experience that hasn't been great, but it's not their fault.

"“Right Place for My Sister”"
My sister really needs one-on-one care, and she’s getting it at Parkwest of Northridge. They help with feeding her, putting her to bed, and everything else like that. While they don’t have any activities to keep the residents active, considering her current state, it’s the right place for her. She’s been there for two months now, and I’m very happy with the care they’ve been providing.

"Clean homes, polite staff, negotiable pricing."
We toured 2 homes. Clean, polite staff, slightly high pricing. Negotiable.
