"Antipsychotic Concerns in Assisted Living"
This place seemed nice and clean, and the owner acted professionally. However, it wasn't a good fit for us. My mom has advanced dementia, and they assured me it was manageable. But during the tour, I realized I'd wasted my time. The owner couldn't handle minor behavior issues and suggested using antipsychotics! We've had a bad experience with those, as they cause decline. I wish they'd been honest before the tour. The owner should learn about antipsychotic effects on dementia patients.

"Caring Staff and Comfortable Community"
I really enjoyed this tour. The community is an older home and not fancy, but the staff were great and the other residents were very nice. It's a bit further away than we wanted, but I would have moved my mother here for the care. I think other families would be happy with the care here too.

"Friendly, family-like atmosphere with lots of visitors at Hice's Home"
I picked Hice's Home because the caregiver told me they really want families to be a part of things. It feels more like a family environment compared to other places, and there are always people visiting their loved ones.
