"Negligent owner, inadequate care, two deaths, battling for refund."

The boss went on vacation just after he took our payment, leaving only two helpers who I don't think were trained enough, to look after the folks living there. My mom shifted in and barely spent two days there before we were informed that she had died. On the same day, another lady staying there also passed away. The whole situation was really terrible. To add up to that, the boss rejected our appeal to give our money back. It was after informing the license department about what occurred that we got part of our money back.
