"Misleading Financial Information"

My tour at Hillcrest Royale was boring, and they weren't honest about money.

"Summary: Absolutely run-down living place for Dad"

Looked at a lot of spots for my Dad, this one was seriously run down.

"Outdated and Dependent Environment at Hillcrest Royale"

I visited Hillcrest Royale, and it wasn't what I wanted. It's a family-owned place, almost 30 years old. I didn't like it. It felt old-fashioned, like where very dependent people live. I want to be independent. So, I knew it wasn't for me.

"Great Care and Tasty Meals for Mom"

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mom since she moved into this community. The staff have been attentive to her needs, and I feel comfortable with the care she’s getting. She enjoys the dining experience, and I’ve tried a few meals myself that were very tasty. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience, and we are happy with how things are going.

"Too Far for Family Visits"

I chatted with them on the phone to decide what to do next. Turns out they're too far away for family visits.

"Not Quite the Right Fit"

Hillcrest Royale Retirement was nice, clean, and friendly, but not the right fit for me.

"Affordable but pleasant facility with helpful staff."

The place looked nice and clean. The people living there seemed happy. Michelle was really nice and answered all my questions. But it was a bit expensive. If we could afford it, I'd let my parents stay there.

"Great Experience, Needs More Activities"

We had a really great time at Hillcrest Royale Retirement. They were very helpful with our budget and kept checking in to see how they could help. They did a fantastic job following through. My only issue is with the activities. They have some good ones, but they need more variety so everyone can enjoy them. Other than that, everything has been awesome!

"Hillcrest Royale: A True Lifesaver for Assisted Living"

Hillcrest Royale was a real lifesaver! I needed to find the right place for my mom, and this was recommended to me. Holly was super warm, welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. She made the move to assisted living easy for both my mom and our family. She couldn't have been any sweeter or more accommodating to everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you need assisted living for your loved one, you have to see and feel the love and enthusiasm the staff has here. There are great activities, awesome food in the dining room, and the facility is clean, well-run, and organized. Honestly, I feel so lucky we found Hillcrest Royale. Thanks also to Michelle, Nancy, Chrystal, and all the staff who welcomed my mom with open arms!

"Depressing, but okay. P's Mom's seen it twice."

This place is kinda sad. My friend's mom stays there and I've visited twice.
