"Mixed experience: Friendly staff, but some lapses in care."
I had to keep working and couldn't look after my mom, so we had to put her in a place to help her out. It's not perfect, I get that. But some things were good. Like, most of the people who work there were really nice and helpful. But some didn't seem as committed. They lost my mom's dentures once, so she couldn't eat properly for a bit. And they didn't always help her with meals when she needed it. But sometimes they did try. They were really good at taking her to her doctor's appointments though. One person was especially great. So, overall, if you can't pay for everything and understand there might be some things they can't do, it's okay.

""Facility Lacks Patience and Care for Dementia Patients""
This center didn't handle my relative with Dementia well. Her doctor closely watched things and changed her pills, but the staff was in a rush with her. It would've been better if they talked to her more. Mostly, it seemed they put her in front of the TV all day without drinks, only at meals. I can't suggest this place to others. Even though we teamed up with her doctor to keep an eye her actions and ran tests to rule out a UTI, they were harsh to her.

"Impressed by Director and Caregiver!"
Wow, I really liked the director and his background, attitude, and records. The residents seem like a great match for the caregiver. The price is within our range, even though it's not a brand-new house. I'm very interested!
