"Clean, friendly staff, and engaging activities for our loved one"
When we first toured, we noticed right away that it was very clean and had no bad smells. Most of the staff we met were great. We built a good relationship with the marketing lady, and now our loved one is joining exercise classes and bingo as the activities return.

"Disappointing Virtual Tour and Second-Hand Furniture"
We weren’t happy with Hospitality House after our online tour. The person guiding us spent too much time on herself instead of the place, so we couldn’t really see what it was like. The bits we did see made it seem like the furniture was picked up from a garage sale, and the building’s in a regular neighborhood.

"COVID Precautions Lacking"
The assisted living facility didn’t handle COVID well. They didn’t take enough precautions to stop the infection from spreading.

"Important Questions Left Unanswered; Staff Availability Raises Concerns"
They didn't have a list of stuff to do for fun, I talked to [name removed], but she couldn't answer some big questions about the nurse and how she's only there five days a week, not two days. That's a problem.

"Cozy Care for Seniors"
is a cozy spot that's just right for our 96-year-old aunt. They take good care of her, and it's affordable.

"Disturbing Claims Arise from Recently Deceased Resident's Mother"
My mom passed away at this facility after just a month. She had COPD and relied on oxygen, but every time I visited, she didn't have it on. She also had unexplainable bruises on her legs. She once claimed a caregiver pushed her against a wall causing these injuries. They said her COPD was the cause of death, but I have doubts. An autopsy was never conducted. I saw her just a few days before she died and she seemed okay. She even voiced concerns the night before her death, claiming the staff were targeting her and trying to harm her. She was frightened to speak out because she believed they were spying on her. Caution is advised for this place.
