The prices listed in the brochure aren’t up-to-date. Right now, they only offer shared rooms for women. If you want a private room, it’ll cost you at least $3,500. Unfortunately, there’s not much information about the community, but they do mention extra fees for additional services. Overall, I’m not considering this facility.
