Ingleside Assisted Living is a pretty good place. The building is clean and tidy, there are never any bad smells, and the workers seem nice and quick to help. It's not flawless, and it's always tough to trust someone else with your loved one's care, but the folks here appear to try their hardest.

"Caring and Busy Environment"
My mom is doing great at Ingleside. The staff is friendly, skilled, and they really care about the residents. They always let me know if there's a problem and fix things fast. I'm super happy with Mom's care. They keep her so busy that I have to call before visiting to make sure she's home.

"Top Choice for Dementia Care"
I've visited this place many times because my friend's mom lives there. Since I'm at a stage in life where my friends' parents need senior care, I've seen a lot of other places around here. Ingleside is the best for people with dementia. The staff really seem to care about the residents. I'd even say the staff love the people living there.

"Unpleasant Management Spoils Assisted Living Facility's Appeal"
This place seems like a cozy family-owned business from the outside, but it actually has a very formal, institutional vibe. I saw the owner yelling at a staffer who appeared deeply embarrassed when I was checking it out for an older family member. I didn't like that much.

"Owner's Rude Behavior Taints Appearance of Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility is run by a "Mom and Pop" management. It seems appealing from the outside, but inside it's very institutional and impersonal. On my visit to check out potential spots for an aging family member, I saw the owner rudely scolding an embarrassed-looking staff member. This incident left a bad taste in my mouth.
