"Shameful Facility Leads to Emergency Room Visits"
This place is a nightmare! The licensed owner and administrator, [name removed], is totally unfit to run a business and has absolutely zero common sense. My poor mother resided there until she was rushed to the emergency room to handle bed sores, an infection, cuts, and a UTI, all thanks to this dangerous place! It's absolutely disgraceful...anyone who places their loved ones in a facility like this should be shocked and appalled. This isn't a casual accusation – I swear to tell the truth.

"Unfair Treatment and Difficult Refund Process at Assisted Living Facility"
My dad stayed at this facility for around three weeks. There were five women and one available room that they expressed they wanted to fill with a male resident. We hoped it was a good match, as my dad is a social person who enjoys jokes and a little harmless fun, although some may consider his humor not entirely proper. One day, he was sitting in one of the resident's chairs and made a joke that was perceived as inappropriate when asked to move, causing a complaint to be made. They then demanded that I medicate him, or he would be evicted. I questioned the fairness of this decision, and when I did, I was asked what it would take for me to leave. We settled on a partial refund. However, I had to initiate multiple conversations to make this happen, and each time the details seemed to change. First, it was waiting for a check to be written. Then, it was a consultation with a business partner that was necessary. Eventually, they requested me to sign a rather complicated document of nine pages to receive the refund. The document was filled with errors, and even incorporated unrelated and far-fetched clauses. The treatment he received was not acceptable, and the delay they've put me through to get the refund is also wrong. If there's an option to provide no stars, this facility would receive none from me.

"Injustice Faced at Assisted Living Facility Over Refund Issue"
My dad stayed at this assisted living facility for roughly three weeks. Initially, we expected it to be ideal because it consisted of five women, an open room, and they needed a man. My father enjoys female company, banter and is not physically harmful, despite having a sense of humor not considered politically correct. One day, he occupied a seat that belonged to a resident, who requested him to vacate the space. In response, he made an unsuitable remark leading to a complaint being filed against him. Consequently, I was confronted with a choice to either medicate him or be prepared for his eviction from the facility. I expressed my feelings of injustice towards my dad's treatment leading the management to essentially ask me to leave, in exchange for a partial refund. This required several follow-up calls with them as the story would alter continually. Initially, I was informed that a check was being prepared then I was told they would need approval from a partner. Ultimately, they presented me with a long nine-page release document for the refund. This paperwork was full of errors and demanded irrelevant far-fetched things not related to the incident in question. My dad wasn't treated rightly being there and his money is being held back wrongfully. If possible, I would mark this place zero stars.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place has men doing care and women cooking. In CA, residents get clickers at night but no care. Night workers cost $90/hr, disappointing for my blind mother-in-law. Meds in bubble wrap only from their pharmacy, expensive.

"Disappointing Care and Overpriced Medications"
The men take care of the patients while the women cook. In California, each resident gets a clicker for the night, but there are no caregivers available after dark. If anyone needs help in the night, they must hire a night worker, which costs 90 dollars an hour. I'm really upset about this because my mother-in-law is blind and she can't get any help when it's dark. They also require all medicines to be in bubble wrap, and it costs two or three times more to get medicine at their pharmacy. Plus, all the medicines have to be kept in their cabinet.
