"A Mixed Experience at J&C Care Center"
Overall, I think J&C Care Center is a good place to live. We've had some problems with communication, things getting lost in the laundry, and it's always too cold there. Everyone, from the staff to the residents, wears lots of warm clothes when I visit. However, the food is good, everything is fresh, and I know my loved one is well cared for. She's always clean and well groomed, and I know she's safe.

"A place we hope to get, and you will too!"
THIS WAS THE BEST TOUR OUT OF 15 WE VISITED: I worked with A Place for Mom and Caring.com. They both recommended this community, and I’m so glad they did! I never thought my husband and I could agree on a place, but this is it. There were no fake tours—just honesty and caring management. Everyone was active and engaged. I hope there’s still a spot for him when we transfer our funds to the Bay Area. We both felt really good about this place. I’ll be praying in church all day for this wonderful opportunity!

"Facility Denies Entry to Residents With Feeding Tubes"
As soon as the lady found out that my sister has trouble swallowing and has to use a feeding tube for food and drinks, she talked to us differently. She let us know that she won't take any new residents who have feeding tubes. She believes that only people who need serious medical care should have them.

"Great Care and Clean Community for Dad"
I like the care my father is getting here. The community is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The staff is very caring and attentive, and they make sure to involve him in activities that he enjoys. The meals have a good variety too. I would recommend this place to other families for its good value and great care.

"Great place for my aunt!"
My aunt has been here for over a year now, and she loves it. The place is clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly and take good care of her. We really like the activities and food choices. She is very happy here. Some staff speak different languages, which helps residents who don’t speak English well. I don’t understand why anyone would give a bad review for that.

"Disappointing Facility with Little Engagement and Non-English Speaking Staff"
If you're indifferent to your elderly family member's welfare, then this is the place for them. If your family member enjoys spending all their time glued to the TV without any engaging activities or meaningful chat, then consider this facility. Also, I hope your loved one is fluent in Chinese because none of the staff here seem to communicate in English. The environment of this facility is unsightly and unclean. It's truly disheartening.

"Depressing and Unkempt: Few English-Speaking Caregivers"
If your relative's well-being doesn't matter to you, this is the place for them. If they enjoy spending their entire day in front of the television without any stimulation or interaction, offload them here. If your relative is fluent in Chinese, it's perfect as none of the caregivers speak English. This dreary, unkempt place is just downright depressing.
