"Overpriced and shared facilities for the cost."
The place cost a lot, like $4500 to $5000, but you still had to share a bathroom or room. Not cool.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility lacks activities and appears run-down. However, the staff is nice, and the food is decent.

"Disappointing Experience at Jace Guest Home"
We had a really bad time at Jace Guest Home. When my dad stayed there, it was super hot because the air conditioning was either not working or barely working. The staff didn't really pay attention to the residents and didn't interact with them much. We had to move my father out of there because of it.

Loved One
"Clean, friendly place but lacks activities for active seniors"
I really liked how it felt, and she is happy here. They do ask for extra money for hospice services. They don't have many activities. This isn't an issue for our loved one, but if your senior is very active, it might not be engaging enough. We picked this place because Cecile was very nice, it was clean, and it didn't smell like medicine.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Affordable and caring assisted living with clean environment and good staff."
The people here are very nice and seem to really care. The place is clean and neat. During the day, there are 2 caregivers for about 10 to 12 residents, but at night, there's only one caregiver. It's not gated. The cost is $3,000 for a private room and $2,500 for a shared room.
