"Avoid This Facility: Unpleasant Staff and Neglectful Care"
DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. My mom was only there a half day. There's not a single bit of care given for a whole 12 hours during the night. The meal was gross. She even had to suffer in a wet diaper through the night. The head lady was really mean. One patient even said she felt trapped. If you dare complain, things only go downhill. I fetched mom early in the morning at 6:15, still in a damp diaper and all.

"Great care and affordable at Jubilee Court!"
My mother lived at Jubilee Court for over 2 years. I was very happy with the homey environment and the personal care she got there. She had been at a bigger assisted living place before, which felt very impersonal and cold. But at Jubilee Court, it felt like home with people who truly cared. Plus, it was more affordable than I expected. I recommend considering it for your loved one's care.

"Don't Trust All Promises at This Care Home"
Misleading Info and Poor Care at Mom's Assisted Living Home. We were led to believe that mom would get a certain type of care. But once mom moved in, they didn't keep their promises. There's no staff awake during the night. Her personal needs were neglected and they were avoiding our questions. The house wasn't kept clean and they didn't really care for mom well.

"Avoid This Assisted Living Facility At All Costs"
and I had multiple discussions before I decided to admit my mom into this assisted living facility. She assured me that my mom would receive round-the-clock care, including diaper changes, and would have a commode available right beside her bed. However, once we moved in, the reality turned out to be starkly different. The commode was nowhere to be found and there was no care provided from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. When my cousins came for a visit on a Sunday, they were abruptly ushered out the door at 5:30 p.m., half an hour before the visiting hours ended, when my mom started to feel sick. Post admission, attitude changed drastically. We were met with unfriendly glances and cold behavior. Unable to stand my mom's suffering, I pulled the plug on their service at 5 a.m. and brought my mom back home, where she had spent the entire night lying in a wet diaper. Her roommate at the facility, a scared woman during her first month, confessed she had grown accustomed to the situation as she felt she had no other option.

"Poor Treatment and Unfair Eviction at Assisted Living Facility"
My buddy had a terrible time at this assisted living facility. It wasn't right how they treated him there. The person who owns the place booted him out because he got into an argument with someone who worked there. After the argument, she claimed he couldn't come back. She didn't even provide him with a 30-day warning, which is a legal requirement. I believe they could have shown him more respect.

"Unfair Treatment and Expulsion Without Notice"
My buddy's time at this assisted living place was absolutely terrible. His treatment here was super unfair. The person who runs this place just up and booted him out. He had one argument with a staff member. After that, she said he wasn't allowed back. She didn't even give him a month's heads up like she was legally supposed to do. I believe they should've treated him with greater respect.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience for Alzheimer's Mom"
The person who gave me a tour of the place was really nice, but the home didn't feel cozy. The bedrooms were plain and looked too much like a hospital. They said it would cost between $2000 to $2850, but when I mentioned that my mom has Alzheimer's, they suddenly said it would be $4000 a month. I think that's way too expensive. So, I kept searching and found a much better place for my mom!

"Overpriced Assisted Living Facility Lacked Warmth"
The lady who gave me a tour of the assisted living facility was really kind, but the place just didn't feel cozy. The rooms had very minimal decoration and felt more like a hospital than a home. I was told at first that it would cost between $2000 and $2850 monthly. But, when they discovered that my mom has Alzheimer's, the price skyrocketed to $4000 per month. I think that's way too expensive. So, I kept searching and eventually found a wonderful place for my mom somewhere else.
