"Disappointing experience, wouldn't recommend Karen's Board and Care."
My family and I strongly advise against picking this community. Our time with Karen's Board and Care was downright disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't even let my dog spend its retirement here.

"Friendly staff, very clean, and good care overall"
Nobody's perfect, and there is an adjustment period. The staff is very friendly. Their primary language is Filipino, so it can be hard to understand them sometimes, but they are really nice and caring. I’m very pleased with the care he’s getting. We figured out how to communicate eventually, and things are going well. They help him with meals and activities according to his needs, and he’s comfortable and clean. I don’t need to visit often to check on him. The place is the cleanest I’ve ever seen—no unpleasant smells at all.
