[Name removed] is a really kind and caring person. Her facility is always clean and organized. My mom has been receiving care from [name removed] for over 5 years, and the care has been wonderful.

"Amazing care and spotless home!"
I had a great experience with [Removed] care for my dad. The place is spotless, and the residents were always clean and relaxed whenever I visited without notice. The staff take care of everyone personally, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and more. They are very accommodating and professional.

"Lack of Training Led to Serious Infection, Tragic Loss"
Mona seemed nice and helpful, but was too emotional. She didn't know how to respond well when bad stuff happened, and her team wasn't trained enough to take care of old people. My mom stayed there for four days. She had an infection, but they didn't figure it out and she died because of it. If Mona and her team were better trained, they would've seen the signs, but they didn't because they didn't have enough training and experience. My mom's infection was so bad that doctors couldn't help her, and she died a day after leaving Mona's place. My advice is to always check someone's skills and past references when looking for someone best to take care of elderly people. Never just trust anyone in elderly care, they're all about getting money!

"Cautionary Tale: Poor Training in Elderly Care Facilities"
Mona seemed friendly and was always ready to help, but she was too overly excited and seemed to be driven by emotions, with little knowledge on how to manage tough situations. Her team also lacked proper training when it came to taking care of seniors. My mom was under their care for four days, and during this period, they failed to notice she had an infection. My mom's life was lost due to this infection. If only Mona and her team were better prepared or had relevant training, they would have detected the critical signs. However, their lack of know-how and inadequate training rendered them oblivious. My mom's infection worsened to a point where doctors couldn't save her and she passed away just a day after leaving. My advice to all those seeking eldercare professionals: Remember to verify their qualifications and references. Always be wary of trusting any elderly care provider outright, money seems to overshadow the welfare of the elderly in this field.

"Staff take great care of my mom!"
The staff at Karo Mina Care Home take good care of my mom. They keep me updated on her care. She says the food is good. She participates in some activities, but they could use a few more. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

"Great Tour and Kind Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
Mona was really nice. She gave us a tour on very short notice. She was kind and listened to our questions. The location is in a nice neighborhood.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living: Great first impression, unclear pricing."
The outside and inside seem really nice at first glance. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which is good. But there are some extra costs that are labeled as "flexible" but feel like they're being pushed a bit too much.

"Convenient Home with Flexible Care, Costs Uncertain"
This place is nice and feels like home. It's close to my house, which is great. They don't have a strict schedule, which I like. But they only have two people available, and the starting cost is $3500 plus additional care fees. They couldn't tell me exactly how much those fees would be, though.

"Cozy Home, Caring Caregivers, But Pricier"
Wow, this place feels like a cozy home, and the caregivers are super caring. The rooms are really clean, but it costs a bit more than other places. Just one thing: since one of the caregivers is also the cook, scheduling doctor visits might be tricky.
