"Mixed Experience: Friendly Staff Lacking, Great Facilities and Food"

The people who work there do their jobs, but they're not very friendly and sometimes seem upset with our family member who has Alzheimer's. It would be better if they understood his condition better and didn't get upset with him. The food they give is good, and the rooms are really nice, just what we wanted. Everything is very clean and smells good, too.
