"Inviting Assisted Living with Convincing Presentation and Fair Pricing"
The staff should encourage tenants to participate in activities and dine at the restaurant instead of just delivering meals. Sometimes the food is cold. I chose it because she gave a convincing presentation, and it’s clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced.

"Assisted Living Struggles with Dad's Medical Needs"
Overall, I thought they tried okay. My dad can be tough. The room was really nice. But they thought they could handle more of my dad's medical care than they actually could. The staff seemed annoyed by his needs. In the end, my dad needed more medical care than the assisted living place could provide.

"Poor experience at Kingston Bay Senior Living, not recommended"
My family member used to live at Kingston Bay Senior Living, and it was a bad experience. If possible, I'd give them a zero-point score for everything. They lied about looking in on our family member. Despite saying they did, it turns out they didn't. We faced a lot of problems there, like our loved one's clothes going missing, the poor quality of food, and much more. I would definitely not advise anyone to choose Kingston Bay Senior Living.

"Great Assisted Living Choice!"
Before choosing, assess your care needs and confirm the community can meet them. I’d suggest this place to others.

"Clean and Convenient Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
We picked this place because it's newer, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff is decent, but the leaders change a lot. The food is alright but not amazing. I'd suggest this place to other families.

"Care facility falls short in dementia care. Staff refunded payment."
Sadly, my dad doesn't live here anymore. We liked the place, but they're not ready for Frontal Temporal Dementia. They didn't check on him enough or handle his care properly. It's disappointing that care facilities promise to look after your family but fall short. On a positive note, the staff refunded our payment for Dad's one month stay.

"Promising Assisted Living Facility with Room for Homier Touches"
We toured this place and were really impressed. We're bringing Mom for a visit soon. The living space/room for Mom is beautiful! The entryway, halls, etc., could use some warmer, homier decor to feel more welcoming. This is a new place for seniors and has the potential to be great once more seniors move in and see the value of the appointments and quality of design. P.S. We can't rate the Activities & Care Service accurately because we haven't experienced them yet. Also, our tour guide, [Removed], was wonderful!

"Found a nice facility with friendly staff and good info"
When I visited Kingston Bay, I thought it was really nice. The people who worked there were friendly and made me feel welcome. The person showing me around answered my questions and told me useful things. It was a good visit, but we found another place that's in a better spot and fits my loved one's needs better.

"Lovely Place, Far from Home"
This place is lovely, and the staff are super friendly. The only downside is it’s far from my home.
