"Disappointing visit, unhelpful staff, not trustworthy for elderly care."

Our visit was totally awful. The person in charge didn't keep our scheduled meeting and wasn't there to give us a tour of the home. As a result, we wasted our time. To make matters worse, the staff there wasn't too helpful which made us leave feeling doubtful that this place could really take good care of our elderly parents, let alone keep them safe!
