"Assisted Living: Clean but Not Suitable for Husband"
The place was super clean, but it just didn't work for my husband. His room would've been next to the garage, and he'd have to share a bathroom. The people were friendly, though.

"Friendly Spot, But Not a Match for Us"
The place was spotless but didn't suit my husband. His room was next to the garage, and he had to share the bathroom with another. All the people there were super friendly.
