"Absolute Disregard for Seniors at Assisted Living Facility"
Don't put your loved ones here! I was trying to find a memory care establishment for my husband with dementia and thought I might try this facility out. It was awful. The place had a terrible smell and the rooms were astonishingly small. The pictures online are completely misleading. Supposedly, they're suppose to take good care of the seniors there, but I saw no evidence of that. If you're looking for a place to just abandon your loved ones without any care or attention, this might be the perfect place for you. The facility is locked down and the staff is limited. Worst of all, they seemed completely indifferent to the needs of the people in their care. I'm still searching for a decent place for my husband. But I'm certain it won't be this place. If you're trying to find an assisted living place for a loved one, this is a place you should bypass. They served plain cheese sandwiches for lunch, which was shockingly inadequate. The employees were unkind, shouting, and showed zero empathy. I'm writing to warn others- DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

"Poor Customer Service at Assisted Living Facility"
I called this assisted living facility for two weeks straight, hoping to get information and contact details for a friend who wanted to be a client. But they never called back or responded. Their customer service is nonexistent and unprofessional. Not a good sign for a place that claims to specialize in caring for the elderly.

"Great Value and Freedom for Residents"
I really like the way they give her freedom. They get her up at a certain time, and she can walk around in the hallways; at home, she couldn’t do that. This was the only place in the Bay Area that this lady could afford, so I’m going to say the cost is excellent. When I call there, they answer my questions and get her on the telephone. When I visit her, they feed me too. Residents are allowed to have a guest for a meal. My mother loves that there are 38 people on her floor, instead of just 6 or 7, so she has plenty of people to socialize with. There’s also a room where she can do puzzles and stuff. Having room to walk around helped her feel a lot more independent. I really, really appreciate the follow-up care at Place for Mom did with me.

Filthy, gloomy, and not a cheerful facility

"High-Level Care in Room Units, Not Studios"
The care provided here is really good, and instead of small single-room studios, everyone gets their own room.
