I visited this community for my loved one, and I don't have any complaints. The staff were punctual for our appointment and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated the open floor plan and the amenities available for residents. The apartments were spacious and well-lit. Ultimately, it wasn't the right location for my father.

"Not Suitable for Mom"
I talked to [Removed]. Most people there have trouble remembering things. Only a few can take care of themselves. It wouldn't be a good place for my mom.

"Dementia Dominates Facility; Ill-Suited for Fully Alert Mother"
I had a meeting with, and it turns out around 60-70% of the inhabitants here have dementia with just a handful of ladies fully alert. This place would not suit my mother at all.

"A Caring Community That Feels Like Family"
Things are going great so far! I wanted a place that understands Filipino culture, and they do! They feel like family, and we can even hug each other! I am very comfortable with the care my mom is getting here. Everyone is so kind and respectful. I visit every single day. I would definitely recommend Lakewood Villa!

"Mom is so happy here!"
I love this place! My mom hasn't been this happy in a long time. I visit her six days a week and feel like family (I'm related to the owner). The caretakers are friendly, reliable, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I thank God every day for that smile on my mom's face. Thank you, Lakewood Villa!

"Basic, lacks mental health support; staff friendly."
Review: Lakewood feels like a storage place for forgotten folks. It was tidy, but there's no help for mental health unless you bring it yourself. The workers were nice.

"Perfect for my dad!"
This is a perfect community for my father. He has adjusted well and really likes it here. The staff is great and takes good care of him. The food and activities are wonderful. My father is finally getting the care he needs. I highly recommend this community.

"Mixed Feelings About Lakewood Villa"
My mom stayed at Lakewood Villa, and it was okay. The people who work there are very nice. They tried their best to help us. The place was really clean and everyone was friendly. Overall, Lakewood Villa is a good place. I don't have anything bad to say about it.

"Mom is happy and well cared for here!"
It was so hard moving my mom here a month ago, but I feel better knowing she's happy and well cared for. She says the staff is kind and she stays busy. Moving a loved one is never easy, but I know she’s in good hands.

"Mother loves being at Lakewood Villa!"
Lakewood Villa is always clean. The staff are kind, caring, and smart. The activities are a bit limited, and there aren't many chances for residents to get out, like ice cream socials or shopping trips. I was told this is because of staffing, so they only have doctor visits. The food is good, and the people are nice. I really like it, and my mother loves being there.

"July 19 Visit: Accessible Price, Friendly Staff and Inviting Atmosphere"
On Saturday July 19th, 2014 at 10 am, I went to visit an assisted living facility. A staff named Hope was super nice and helped us around. The whole place felt really good and was super clean. There was a great vibe that made the facility seem very cheery. The backyard was really pretty. The kitchen was also very inviting. This was the first elder care place I'd ever visited, so it's a bit hard to judge it properly. They said the price would be $3500 for everything.
