"Negligence and Poor Conditions At Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living place doesn't seem to care about its residents. They can't even find staff who can understand English properly. I've only faced problems with them since my mom moved in a few years back. Just recently, she was given pineapple to eat with the core still in it. Due to her health condition, this is a serious choking risk, and it's not the first time something like this has occurred. She's always getting bed sores and urinary tract infections because they don't pay enough attention or care about the details. Her room often has a strong smell of urine. The communal bathrooms aren't in a good state either. Sinks are about to get detached from the walls, they've put faucets in the wrong way, and the toilets aren't secured properly. I wish I could give them less than one star!

"Facility Needs Refreshing Update"
To make things better, the facility needs an update. It looks old and tired, which doesn't make it inviting for residents. The dark colors and worn carpets should be replaced. Staff should communicate openly with residents and family members to show respect for their rights and decision-making. Unfortunately, I don't fully trust their follow-through when my mom makes requests.

Our family visited the place in person, but it didn’t wow us. It wasn’t the best first impression.

"Comfortable Living with Some Food Concerns"
I like how the people who work here take good care of those who need help. The apartments are big and cozy, probably one of the best I've stayed in. I'm not a big fan of the food they serve, so I make my own meals. But it's nice because I can still do things on my own, like drive my car whenever I want. I think Landmark Villa is a good place to live independently. I've even told my friends about it and suggested they check it out.

"Positive Experience at Assisted Living"
My dad likes it there. They’re pretty good. They let residents be independent, which is nice. They’re not too strict, and they allow residents to do what they want. For us, it’s been good. My dad can choose his sodium level for meals. The food is different from what he expected, but overall, it’s been a positive experience.

"Consider This Assisted Living Community for Your Loved One"
We visited this community, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Although it's an older facility that could use some minor improvements, they do offer activities for residents. Families should consider touring this community for their loved one's care.
