"Better Intake Process Needed"
My family member stayed there for only 4 nights. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide the care they promised. I believe a more thorough intake process would have helped.

"Friendly and Active Senior Living Community"
Lantern Crest Senior Living is owned and run by a private company. The staff make an effort to learn who we are. Many of them say hello when they see us around. They have lots of different activities to do, and they are open to trying new ones.

"Mixed Feelings About Lantern Crest Assisted Living Facility"
Lantern Crest seemed quite large to me. We visited for memory care, but they offer assisted and independent living too. What we didn’t like was that the place had two floors. That means you might need to use an elevator to get from your room to where activities or meals are happening. It seemed like residents might need a lot of help to find their way around.

"Disappointed with Food Point System at Assisted Living Facility"
Our family visited the place in person. We didn't like that they use a point system for food. Residents have to use points for their meals, and we found that off-putting.

"Wonderful Community with Caring Staff and Great Amenities!"
My husband and I live here, and everything has been wonderful. One thing that they offer, which other places don’t, is villas with pretty yards and a beautiful view. We really liked the idea of having our own little house. Everyone who works here is kind, sweet, and attentive. They’re very professional and try their best to meet our needs, from the gardeners to the top management. The food is amazing, and the head chef and kitchen staff are always open to suggestions. If there’s something people don’t like, it disappears from the menu. The waitstaff are incredibly sweet, which really amazes me. Service can be a bit slow, but I think that’s because they cook every meal individually. If you mention they forgot something, they’ll fix it right away and do little nice things for you. The only big downside we’ve found is that we don’t like the cable company the facility provides. However, the maintenance staff is always here to help and give us suggestions on how to work around any issues. They truly do everything they can to make us as happy as possible. The other residents seem very happy too, making it an overall friendly place.

The Lantern Crest Senior Living Community was okay. It was super clean and tidy. But, our family members didn't vibe with the director. We found another place that suited our budget better.

We realized we chose the wrong place for my wife. She needs more medical attention than they can provide. This facility is perfect for those who can manage with some assistance. During her stay, my wife appreciated the staff's extra efforts to help her. Her room was comfortable, and she enjoyed the food.

"Perfect Place for Mom: Clean, Friendly, and Enjoyable Community"
After checking out a few places, we finally found one that fit Mom's wishes. This place is really nice and clean, no weird smells! The staff is always smiling and ready to help. There's lots to do and events to meet new friends. It's been great for both Mom and me. The food is tasty too!

"Comfortable Apartments"
I ate with my mother-in-law at this place, and the food was really good. It was her husband's top pick, and they both moved in together. Their room feels like a studio apartment, with a living area, bathroom, and bedroom. It gives them plenty of space and comfort.

This is a very pleasant community. The staff are very thoughtful and pay attention to the needs of your loved one. The menu looks great, and there are activities for anyone who wants to join in. We highly recommend the care and value to other families.

"Feels more like a hospital than a home"
My first time visiting this place, it felt too much like a hospital or a big city apartment building. There was too much concrete everywhere and not enough trees or flowers! I wanted my mom to live somewhere that felt like a home, not a cold, impersonal institution. Plus, the price seemed pretty high for what they were offering.

"Lovely Facility, But Pricey for Grandma's Budget"
This place was one of my favorites when I checked out spots for my grandma. The way they set everything up, both inside and out, was just so nice. Everything seemed really fresh, and you could tell they took good care of the rooms. I didn't have any issues, it's just that it cost too much for what my grandma could afford.
