"Business-First Assisted Living Leaves Clients Second"

Our family visited Lidia's Blessed Home in person, and it seemed more like a business prioritizing profits over clients.

"Quick tour, Unimpressed by Care for Non-Walkers"

The tour was super short and they just mentioned my family member would be left in bed because they can't walk. Even though the place seemed clean and okay, I wasn't really wowed by it at all.

"Unfriendly Assisted Living Facility with Strict Rules and Eavesdropping Staff"

My buddy stayed in this facility for around a year. The place is tidy, but the facility's structure and rules appear to be made for the convenience of the owners, not the patients or their visitors. They were impolite to me, and others reported similar experiences, with one person even saying they were physically removed. The facility's rules are seriously tough: No visitors during meals; No phones at the table; No visitors after 6pm. They tuck in the patients around 6:30pm, then the staff clears out, returning to their own nearby house. Once the night shift begins and the patients are alone, the staff help out only when they feel like it. The owners and staff are seriously unfriendly and don't welcome guests. Most of their patients have various levels of dementia and don't voice their concerns. I'd never suggest this place to anyone. On top of that, they've got intercoms throughout so that staff can eavesdrop on visitors' conversations.

"Misleading about Openings at Assisted Living Facility"

She tricked us into coming by saying there were two spots for my wife's parents. But then she said, there was only one place. Even if I agreed to split them up, I wouldn't trust her anymore.

"Lack of Flexibility in Care at Lidias Assisted Living"

My mom stayed at Lidias for about 6 months. She had Alzheimer's, so she wasn't very responsive. As soon as she got to Lidias, they put her on hospice. We had a hard time explaining what we wanted for her diet because she couldn't feed herself. Her diet seemed to affect her overall condition. I don't want to be too critical because my mom's Alzheimer's was advanced, but it felt like Lidias always knew what was best.

"Small but Friendly Care Home"

When I visited, this care home seemed nice and clean. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. However, it felt a bit too small for my loved one, who enjoys walking a lot.

"Comfortable and Friendly Assisted Living Option"

I wanted a private room but they didn't have any available. The home is really nice, and the people seem friendly and caring. The neighborhood and surroundings are pleasant too. We will choose this place if they accept him.
