"Items pilfered from room, watch your valuables."
My mom and I had stuff taken from her room while she stayed there. Be careful of your precious jewelry and cool sunglasses at least.

""Dismal Appearance from Outside, Madonna Gardens Avoided""
We drove past Madonna Gardens for a family member, but didn't walk inside. It looked so dreary from the outside. Just from that, I knew that this wasn't the place for my loved one. So, we kept looking.

"Staff treats residents like family."
The staff at Madonna Manor really make a difference in personal care. They treat residents with excellent care, like they are their own family. My mom has only been there for just over a month, and during that time, her health, both mentally and physically, has improved a lot. I believe it's because of the TLC provided by the staff. We are thankful that we found Madonna Manor.

"Didn’t fit my parents’ personality; tour stopped early."
I found that everything was different from what I expected. I wanted to place my parents in this community, but it didn’t match their personality, so I didn’t continue with the tour.
