"Mixed Feelings About Facility with Room for Improvement"

I haven't seen other places like this, but I'm impressed with how clean it is. I'm disappointed that they promise transportation but don't follow through after you move in. The food could be better, but my mom hasn't complained. They should offer more activities for the residents. The staff seems to work hard taking care of everyone. It's basic when it comes to bringing your own furniture, cable setup, diapers, wipes, etc.

"Unsatisfactory Experience at Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living"

We thought about putting our mom in Magnolia Gardens. Their food is okay, but it's not yummy or fantastic at all. A lot of the staff barely know English and they almost never pick up the phone—we called ten times just to set up a meeting. The lady in charge wasn't friendly to the people living there. I doubt we could even think about letting our dear mom live in this place.

"Unsatisfactory Food and Unfriendly Staff at Magnolia Gardens"

We thought about putting our mom in Magnolia Gardens. The food is okay, but it's nowhere near yummy or great. Almost all the staff can hardly talk in English, and they almost never pick up the phone (we tried to call ten times to schedule a visit). The woman in charge isn't kind to the people living there. I don't think we can even think about having our dear mom stay in this place.

"If meals were good, you would have been 95%."

The meals have been just okay. As for the evening favor, it's a complete joke.
