"Friendly Atmosphere with Small, Homey Rooms Under Construction"
This home is being built, but I like it most because there are nice guys who could be good friends for my brother. The rooms are small but cozy and tidy. The boss, is friendly with everyone, making it feel like a family. It's in a busy area at the end of a quiet street.

"Potential Brotherly Bonding Draws me to this Under Construction Facility"
Even though this private care home is being renovated, I'm mainly considering it because of the nice guys that my brother might enjoy hanging out with. The rooms are small but they're cozy and clean. The person in charge, appeared to be very close with the residents and it felt like one big happy family. It's in a busy neighborhood located at the end of a dead-end street.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Facility with Engaging Atmosphere"
This assisted living facility is very tidy and clean. The staff are attentive and friendly. The residents, two ladies and one man, told us they enjoy living there, with one resident staying for over 2 years. Everyone appeared mentally active and were playing cards when we visited. My mom has difficulty hearing and might have trouble understanding the staff. There's a small but spacious outdoor patio area. The bathrooms meet ADA standards. They allow us to provide Depends pullups. Transportation is available for $75 per trip. Mary, who plays the accordion, encourages residents to sing along, creating a very positive atmosphere. Mary herself lives on the premises. Overall, this is one of our top 3 choices so far.

"Nice Home with Great Backyard and Cute Dog"
The home was really nice with a great backyard. The dog was an added bonus—super cute—and my Mom loves dogs. I had a very good chat with Mary, who seems very knowledgeable about working with dementia residents. The cost would be $3500 per month or $4500 on Hospice.
