"Care Lacking, Focus on Rent at Assisted Living Facility"

When I visited the assisted living place, it seemed like the owner only cared about the money. He didn’t talk much about how they help with health and getting better. I was looking for a short-term stay, not a forever home. It felt like they weren’t really trying to help my mom get the therapy she needed to improve. If they showed more care and made us feel welcome, it would’ve made a better impression. It just felt like they wanted to fill up the space.
