"Peaceful Location and All-Inclusive Care: Ideal Assisted Living Choice"
This facility stands out because it's in a quiet area, away from busy city streets. That was important to me because my loved one prefers small towns. They offer "all inclusive care," which means the cost won't go up (except for memory care) as her needs change. That was a big deal for us because other places I liked seemed to charge extra for things like giving out medicine or helping with clothes. The staff is super friendly. At night, sometimes it takes a bit longer for someone to come if she needs help with small things after pushing her button. They post a schedule every day for the next day's activities, like exercise, crafts, bingo, other games, and movie nights. They plan shopping trips to different stores, and they're going to a play at a local performing arts center this month. They have a great salon where they can go. They also do weekly laundry and light cleaning, and they pick up trash every night, and everything goes pretty smoothly. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for somewhere like this for a loved one because they've been really good about special requests and different situations. They tell us important information quickly if something unusual comes up with health or something like that.

"Meadowbrook: Caring Staff and Fun Activities!"
The staff in memory care at Meadowbrook is super friendly, caring, and always there to help residents. The activities director even keeps far-away families in the loop via Zoom. I'd definitely recommend this community to others. Plus, they've got an app that shows your loved one's activities with photos—baking, gardening, games, and socials!

"Great Choice for Elder Care Near Agoura Hills, Highly Recommend"
We picked Meadowbrook of Agoura Hills because it was the best place we saw and close to my husband's office. The staff members are really nice too. My mom's room here is bigger than her last place, which is perfect for her. The best thing about this place is how well the staff talk to families, especially during COVID. I would suggest it.

"Great place with excellent cleanliness, care, activities, and food."
I apologize for any typing errors; I have no feeling in my hands or fingers.) From my experience, Meadowbrook is a great place for a loved one to stay. I have a positive view of the cleanliness, friendliness, services, care, activities, and food. Everything is very good!

"Cozy Assisted Living in Woodland Hills Almost Perfect"
I visited four places near Woodland Hills on 101. I liked this one best. The layout was nice, the cafeteria was good, and it felt nice overall. But we're not choosing this place because my mom likes it where she is in the South Bay. She doesn't want to leave Harbor Terrace or San Pedro. So, we probably won't go to Meadowbrook.

"Top Choice!"
I recently toured this community, and I have no complaints about how things went. I was searching for a comfortable living environment for my father, and this place was definitely a strong contender. They had a clean property with plenty of great amenities available to all residents. The staff were very professional and organized in their work. Ultimately, it just wasn't the right location for my father.

"Happy with the care and cleanliness so far"
My mom lives here and everything seems to be going well. I've been there a few times and it's always clean. I feel good about the care she's getting. She's not joining in activities yet because she's still getting used to the place.

"Friendly staff and daily activities make this place great"
This is a fantastic place with super friendly and caring staff. The director is always available to talk and has an open door policy. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They have scheduled activities every day and a bus to help with appointments.

"Terrible Assisted Living Facility Experience"
This place isn't something I'd advise anyone to try out. We had some bad times there. The workers were mean and didn't treat people right. They don't want to cooperate with anyone to make stuff better. The section for people with memory problems needs improvement. The main nurse always acted all high and mighty. Her stuff would always go missing. They don't have any fun activities.

"This community is perfect for my mom and friendly too!"
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks. My mom has settled in and already made some friends. She really enjoys the activities, like the daily exercises, singalongs, and bingo. I haven’t tried the food myself, but my mom likes it, and the menu looks good. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help out. The community is beautiful and well-kept.

"Wonderful Care and Support"
My dad was there for a short time, but they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive. They went out of their way to make everything as pleasant and easy as possible. I have only great things to say about them.

"Parents Thriving and Happy in Their New Home"
I was really scared about moving my parents there, but they are very happy and content. I asked them recently if they wanted to come to my home for dinner, and they said no because they would rather stay there. That means they are doing really well and are happy with the place. It really is a great place!

"Mixed Feelings"
Most folks at Meadowbrook of Agoura Hills are friendly. The food is okay—sometimes good, but mostly just okay. While most staff members are kind and understanding, there's one person who's been a bit rude, which affects my overall impression.

"Great Staff and Cozy Living, But Room for Improvement"
I loved the place and the staff. The rooms are a little small. The bigger room had a problem with the bathroom door—it gets in the way when you enter from the bedroom. That might be something they can fix.

"Great Assisted Living, Pricey"
Located off the beaten path, close to our place. The interior is wonderful, with an upstairs dining area. The staff and residents are friendly. I had the chance to meet them. Overall, I liked it, but the cost was a concern.

"Decent Assisted Living Experience"
It was nice. They had fewer activities than another place we considered, and the room was smaller with a kitchenette instead of a full kitchen.

"Cozy, Clean, and Friendly Community with Great Facilities and Care"
We were really impressed with this place. It felt cozy and welcoming. The facility was clean and smelled nice. We had lunch there and enjoyed the meal. The residents were chatting and eating together. We liked how the staff interacted with everyone. It’s great that you can start with independent living and then move to assisted living or memory care all in the same community. On our second visit, we still think it’s one of our top choices. We noticed they have discreet handrails and benches in the hallways, which are perfect for residents to rest.

"Not as Welcoming, Less-Informed Staff, Few Residents Seen"
It didn't feel very welcoming. The staff member we met didn't know much and there weren't many people around.
