The assisted living place is comfy and the staff is friendly, though sometimes there aren't enough staff, which happens everywhere. The food is good and the location is nice.

"High Price, Poor Service at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was neat. My family member needed special attention because they had dementia. This place said they helped people with dementia. But my family member only stayed there a little bit. They didn't give them baths or wash their clothes. They didn't know how to deal with my family member. They also didn't give them their medicine when needed or on time. I chose this place because it was small. But it was really pricey. I had a bad time there. The workers weren't helpful.

"A Welcoming Place for Seniors"
If you want help with meals, cleaning, and meeting others your age, this is a nice spot. My husband stayed briefly, and the manager was understanding and kind. Overall, a good experience!

"Great Place with Caring Staff and Fun Activities"
When we first moved in, there were some mix-ups and paperwork issues, probably because Merrill Gardens is new. But after that, everything has been smooth. The staff is kind, caring, and attentive, and the atmosphere is really positive. The food is amazing, with high standards and fresh ingredients. They have a great menu for the residents. There's happy hour every day, a pool, tai chi in the mornings, outings, and live entertainment. The place is very clean, and my loved one is very happy here. I would definitely recommend Merrill Gardens.
