"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Management"
Some of the bosses treat us like little kids, which feels disrespectful. When you get mail or boxes in the lobby, you might wait a long time—even two weeks—to get them. And these could be important, like doctor’s appointment cards. Even if flowers get here at 11 in the morning, they might not get to you until 2 in the afternoon. Most of the people who work here are really great, but three of the managers are just not good at their jobs.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Activities"
My friend really likes Holiday Mission Commons. The staff is super friendly and helpful to everyone. They have meals and activities for the residents to socialize. Overall, it's a good place that I'd recommend to others.

"Assisted Living Review"
Overall, the staff here has been really good! I think they could try harder to get my uncle out of his room to join others for activities. Also, some residents say the food could be better.

"Management Transparency Concerns"
The staff and team are really great, and they take good care of my loved one. However, I had a problem with the management. When I went to pay the bills, they didn't tell me about an extra $2500 in fees that I had to pay. I think they should be more honest about that from the start. I would advise others to ask about it before signing any papers.

"Hard Times at Mission Commons Assisted Living Facility"
Mission Commons talked my aunt into moving in by telling her a cheaper price. But as soon as she signed up, they started charging her more money - around $10,000 more in fact! They say they offer rides for the elderly. My aunt had a medical appointment and they dropped her off fine. But when it was time to come back, the phone number to ring them didn't even work! She was stuck all by herself. Lucky for us, I was able to go fetch her. And don't even get me started on food there! Mission Commons promises amazing meals made by chefs, but the reality is completely different. Often times, my aunt only gets a bowl of rice or a peanut butter sandwich. What's worse, she got sick from eating the food not one, not two, but three times! She's also having eating problems because there's not enough food. It's sad because everyone there seems to be scared and won't talk about the issue with the management.

"Mission Commons: a costly trap, not a care center!"
All I can say is - get out of there fast! I had to pull my family member out of Mission Commons in only two months. The signup process at Mission Commons is nothing but a trap - the cost of care for my relative skyrocketed more than twice in a month! They lure you in, then they jack the prices up and tack on more fees - it's an absolute ripoff!

"Great Place Despite COVID Challenges"
It's been tough on residents because of COVID and everyone being isolated, but I know my sister is happy here. They have to bring meals to the rooms right now, so it's not as nice as eating in the dining room. I do like the location of the facility and I would recommend them.

"Undecided Between Assisted and Independent Living"
We're still considering this place; it's nice. We need to choose between assisted or independent living. I'm glad we can check it out before deciding.
