The place is neat, but the folks just sit idle all day.

"Decent Home and Kind Caretaker, Just Okay Neighborhood"
It's a decent place with a pleasant personal room. The caretaker, who is a very kind person, seems really liked by the residents. The best part is the outings he usually plans for the folks to enjoy outdoors. The nearby area is not bad, but just okay.
