"Owners Should Keep Personal Opinions to Themselves"
I wish the owners had kept their personal opinions to themselves. It was a really hard decision for my siblings and me, and we didn't need to hear their doubts about our choice. We had to find a place quickly, and they were the only one available.

"Assisted Living Lacks Cleanliness and Adequate Staff"
The staff is present, but cleanliness falls short for our loved one. Only one staff member serves all residents.

"Dad Loves the Community! Great Care and Lots of Fun"
My father really likes this community. The staff is kind and patient with him. The food is delicious and he loves the variety. There are many activities for him to join. The community is very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place for great care and value.

"Poor Care and Lack of Respect at Assisted Living Facility"
The yard was lifeless, and the street was bustling with constant traffic. During my visit, didn't show much respect for the residents. She stormed into a room where someone was trying to rest. The female caregiver seemed too occupied with her phone, and there was hardly any interaction from the male caregiver who, I was told, was assisting a resident. was quite pleased with the facility's two TV rooms, where they split the men and women. She didn't mention any other activities for the residents, giving me the feeling that they just put the elderly in front of the TV while they're awake. This place left the worst impression out of the four facilities I've visited. Honestly, presentation of their services was extremely disappointing... she didn't mention anything else beyond the fact that they feed the residents and that only one visitor uses the back yard, so it's 'not a big deal.' She also didn't provide any area where my dad can take a secure walk.

"Frustrating Lack of Care and Engagement at Assisted Living Facility"
The yard at this assisted living facility looked dead and the building was located on a busy street. On the day I visited, one of the staff members showed a disregard for the residents by intruding on a shared room where a resident was trying to sleep. The female care provider appeared more interested in her phone than the residents, while the male caregiver was, as far as I could see, only visible when he was assisting one resident in her room. Other than that, there was hardly any interaction between caregivers and residents. The staff member who was showing me around seemed proud of having two TV rooms where they could separate the men from the women. However, she didn't talk about any kind of engagement with the residents. This made me feel like their approach was just to sit the residents in front of a TV when they were awake. Out of the four places I have toured so far, this facility gave off the poorest impression. Their presentation was extremely lacking, as they did not present much beyond the physical structure. The tour guide did mention that they provide meals for their residents, but that's about it. She dismissed the poor state of the backyard, saying that it wasn't a big deal because only one visitor ever uses it. I didn't get the impression that there would be a safe space for my dad to take a walk.

"We are really happy here!"
My mother-in-law has been here for about six weeks. She doesn't complain about the food or the staff. We are really happy with everything here, and things are great. The place is clean, and the upkeep of the facility is spot on.
