"Strongly Against Recommending Nazareth Agua Caliente Villas"
Our experience with Nazareth Agua Caliente Villas was extremely poor. It was dreadful and we strongly advise against choosing them.

"Caring Staff and Happy Residents"
They take great care of the residents, and the staff is wonderful. The administrator is always there, showing genuine concern. Overall, I'm happy with everything, though some decor changes would be nice.

"Facility Lacks Skills, Nursing and 24/7 Care; Overuses 911"
This facility seriously lacks the necessary skills and proper nursing care expected in a 'skilled nursing facility'. We had to relocate my loved one who was once there because we frequently received calls from the fire department. She would be lying uninjured on the floor, while the staff claimed they couldn't assist her up due to 'liability' issues. And, surprise surprise, they don't even have nurses available around the clock, something a place claiming to provide skilled nursing should have. If someone requires help getting up, it's their job to provide help, not to dial 911 out of sheer laziness.

"Dad's Care at This Facility Was Subpar"
My father was not given good care here.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Maintenance and Amenities"
This place is pretty clean, but the rooms are super small. The bathroom is more like a closet, and if you want a sink in your room, you gotta pay extra for it. The building is really old, from like the late 1800s, but they don't take good care of it. There's peeling paint and tape over holes in the floor. My mom, who likes things super tidy, would be really upset. But the staff are nice and they take good care of the people who live here.

"Friendly staff, but facility needs urgent renovation and maintenance."
The facility is clean, yet badly kept up with very small rooms and an even smaller toileting area that’s hard to describe as a bathroom. If you're fortunate to have a small sink in your room, that will cost you more. The facility was constructed in the late 1800s and it's clear that it needs more maintenance. There's peeling or chipped paint, and holes in the linoleum are simply covered with tape. My super tidy mom wouldn't like this at all. On the upside, the staff are friendly and truly care for their residents.

"Warm, respectful care at a reasonable price in a friendly setting"
This place feels special it's not like those big corporate places, but more like a friendly hometown spot. The staff is amazing, always treating everyone with respect and care. The building is older and has some issues, but the wonderful staff make up for it. Plus, the price is really fair.

"Perfect Fit with Kind Staff and Bright, Engaging Atmosphere"
The experience has been fantastic for my dad, and this place is a perfect match. The staff are incredibly kind, and the director is very involved, handling any problems with professionalism. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents. My dad is really happy here and says he likes it a lot better than before. I was impressed from the start it's bright and full of light, and there are plenty of activities. The residents are aware and engaged, so Dad gets to be more social and active.

"Great care and amenities, but private pay and family supplies needed"
The cost is $3,500 a month: $2,850 for a private room and $650 for care. This includes 24-hour care, three meals, and three snacks each day. Families need to provide toiletries, bedding, towels, and any incontinence products if needed. Laundry is done once a week, but families can do it more often if they want. Shared rooms are also an option. Note that the facility only accepts private payments.

"Old, Run-down Assisted Living with Small Units and Odd Smell"
I dropped by sometime during summer 2016. The facility was in a pretty ancient building that seemed a tad worn out. We were hit with a strong peculiar smell just as we walked in. It seemed less like a home for the elderly and more like a center for memory treatment. The units were the size of bedrooms rather than apartments. Really petite. Its rates were lower than those in Napa, but it was more than half an hour's drive away.

"Heartfelt Appreciation for Assisted Living Staff"
I want to thank you for taking such good care of my mom, Junie [Removed]. It wasn't easy for us to choose a place for her, but your staff made her feel loved and valued. She really liked all of you, and we could tell you liked her too. The pictures and memories you shared after she passed meant a lot to us. We miss her a lot, but we also miss visiting your kind staff. You always had nice things to say about Mom and treated her with respect. We felt she was safe, happy, and well-fed with you all looking after her so well. Gerick, please let everyone know how grateful we are for everything you did for Junie during her last year and a half.

"Loving care for my MOM"
I want to say a big thank you for taking such good care of my late mother, Junie [Removed]. It’s never easy to place a loved one in a care facility, but your well-trained staff always made her feel appreciated and cherished. We could see how much she adored each of you, and we trust that her feelings were clear to you as well. The memorial with sweet photos and tender thoughts of Mom touched our hearts. Your love for her brought tears to our eyes. We miss our mother greatly, but we’ll also miss our visits with you and your staff. You always had kind words for her and treated her with patience and dignity. We left with the comforting feeling that Mom was exactly where she needed to be—safe, comfortable, content, well-fed, and surrounded by caring people who watched over her with love. Gerick, please convey our heartfelt appreciation to everyone there for their significant contribution to Junie’s emotional and physical well-being during the final year and a half of her life.

"Unfriendly Staff and Tricky Navigation Made For Disappointment"
This place just felt different from the rest that I've visited. It's an old building but still looks pretty good. However, I was worried if my mother-in-law could easily get around. The way the staff acted made me think we were annoying them, which didn't seem kind.

"Feels Too Institutional for Active Seniors"
Nazareth Agua Caliente Villa is clean and well-kept. The staff is really nice and always ready to help. The problem is, it feels more like a hospital than a house. We wanted a place that felt like home for our family member. I think if she were in her late 80s or 90s, this place would be great. But right now, she's just too full of energy for a place like this.

"Came To This Home, Not Bad But No Closet Space"
Came to this home, it was fine. Plenty of folks to chat with. The bedrooms were decent. There was no room for storing clothes, I would need to purchase a clothes rack or something.
