"Clean and welcoming facility with helpful staff; size was a concern."
I visited New Light RCFE before deciding. It was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The person who showed me around was really good and shared useful information. We decided against it because my mom needed a larger place rather than a smaller home. Besides that, it seemed like a nice place.

"Responsive Care with Minor Shortcomings"
The assisted living facility has a couple of issues. They don't offer enough activities, and my mom needs someone to walk with her. I end up doing it myself during visits. However, they excel at being responsive, and patients don't have to wait for assistance.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Available Spots"
They're super friendly and had a spot for him when needed. Overall, we're glad we picked New Light.
