"Oakmont Assisted Living: Mixed Experience"
We liked Oakmont overall. The staff is friendly, and the facility is nice. Our relative has a spacious private room for his wheelchair. It’s a bit pricey, but we feel he’s safe there. However, he got Covid within two weeks of arriving. He had to spend a month in the hospital and then go to another care facility for two weeks before returning to Oakmont. No visitors from outside had Covid, but five staff members and eight residents did. Oakmont couldn’t explain how he got sick. The place is clean and feels like home. The staff-to-patient ratio is good. The food impressed us, but our relative in memory care doesn’t have the same options. We can’t speak about activities, but they seem to watch movies or sing-along shows. The cost is a bit high, but we understand it’s memory care.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Community Tour Experience"
I recently visited this place for my family member, and I wasn't very impressed. When I drove through the area, it didn't look nice at all. The grounds were messy and not well-kept. So, I decided to keep looking for a place with cleaner surroundings.

"Great Assisted Living Tour!"
My visit to Oakmont of Concord was great. The place looked beautiful, staff were friendly, and the tour guide knew a lot. I toured several communities, and overall, it was a good experience.
