"Awful Cleanliness, Limited Activities, Inconsistent Staff, and Tasteless Food here"
1) The cleanliness in the residents' rooms is terrible. 2) There aren't many activities, and the bus has been broken for over two months. 3) Some of the staff members are excellent, but others are downright mean. 4) The director rarely sticks to his promises and follow-ups. 5) The food is, to put it lightly, tasteless.

"Friendly Staff and Pleasant Atmosphere at Oakmont Assisted Living"
Oakmont is a newer facility, so every time we visit, it's very clean and well maintained. The care isn't as good as at home, but the staff is super friendly. The food is good; our loved one has been there for five months and has maintained their weight. Recently, we visited and enjoyed a live singer playing the piano while residents sat outside on a nice, shaded, and comfy patio. Overall, we find the value good, and everyone seems well cared for.

"New Leadership Brings Positive Change"
The place is great for my family member. The paperwork during the pandemic was overwhelming, though. They've got a new director now.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Staffing and Cleanliness"
They didn't have enough staff and weren't ready for my husband when he moved in. They didn't communicate well and didn't have a care plan. The building looks nice, but it's not clean inside. There was mold in my husband's toilet. They said they had enough staff, but they didn't. They didn't keep their promises. It was scary to leave my husband there without enough supervision or care.
