"A Friendly, Affordable Memory Care Community"
The place is small, but it's super tidy, smells nice, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Plus, it's affordable and totally worth it. I'd recommend it for memory care.

"Caring Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Dietary Accommodations"
The residents walked around a lot, which was tough for my mom. Families should visit daily to talk with the staff and check on their loved ones. The caregivers were nice and kind. The food was alright, and they could adjust for her diet. Whenever my mom needed something, they helped her out.

"Careful staff, room for improvement in memory care handling."
My wife receives good care in memory care. Staff always try their best to make her comfortable. I visit daily and we discuss improvements. Staff handle residents well, but they sometimes seem a bit chaotic. Some training could make it better.

"Effective Memory Care with Room for Improvement"
My wife's in the memory care and staff are great, always making her comfy. I visit daily, chat with them, and we discuss making things even better. I see them caring for the residents, but sometimes the residents seem to be roaming around a lot. Some more training on handling them would be helpful.

"Hideous Building With No Visible Renovations"
When I visited this place, it was simply terrible. The structure was unattractive, kind of like a scene from the 1970s. They said they were fixing the place up, but this wasn't obvious at all.

"Oasis: A Safe and Happy Home for Dad"
I recently toured Oasis for my father who has dementia, and I was pleasantly surprised. There were activities happening, and the residents were engaging and seemed happy. The place had no odor, and it felt like the staff really cared. The courtyard was beautiful, very nice, and inviting. I toured other places, but this one felt the most like home. My dad wandered out at 3 AM at home, but Oasis has a security gate with a wander guard to keep him safe. The managers were so caring and comforting. My dad will be moving there next week.

"Good place to visit but smells bad!"
I felt good about the place when I first visited. The staff people were pretty friendly from the get-go. They showed us around their neighborhood in detail and answered every question me and my family member had. The only bummer was the terrible smell from the bathroom was all over their premises during our visit, which I really didn't like.

"Incompetence in Managing Financial Paperwork Under New Ownership"
Once the new owners stepped in, dealing with the financial paperwork has been, and still is, totally messed up. They can't even manage to fax two papers every month to an insurance company. They either send it to the wrong company or don't send it at all. This causes a bunch of unneeded back-and-forth emails. I have to keep checking in with the insurance company to see if they got the documents or not.

"Unsuitable and Unclean Facility Not Ideal for Care"
This place isn't suitable for my mother at all. The cleanliness level is quite poor and there's a noticeable bug problem along with a bad smell. They were not able to care for my mom as they originally promised. The staff isn't doing enough to assist the residents, and couldn't even help my mom in her bed. They surely could do with more training on how to care for patients. I was also told that the facility is not licensed.

"Awful Experience at Villa Marche, Moved for Better Care"
Our time at this facility was dreadful. My father, wheelchair-bound and lacking mobility, had a terrible experience. Other residents routinely entered his room, mistaking it for their own, and urinated on the floor. When we reported this, the dismissive response from the owner was simply, "They're harmless." We promptly began searching for a better place. The owner even had issues when we brought others in to evaluate my dad's condition. At last, we moved and my dad is now satisfied. He couldn't stand Villa Marche!

"Disastrous Experience at Villa Marche"
Our experience here was just awful. My dad needed a wheelchair to get around and couldn't move much. Other residents would wander into his room and pee on the floor, mistaking it for their own space. When we brought this issue up, the person in charge simply brushed it off, saying, 'They're harmless'. We immediately began to hunt for a better place. The head of the facility didn't take kindly to us bringing in external people to evaluate my dad's situation. At last, we relocated, and my dad is now much happier. He couldn't stand Villa Marche!

"An Excellent Place to Live"
The Villa Marche Residential Care Facility is a fantastic place for people with this kind of illness. The staff is awesome and very helpful. They have a support group on Thursdays that I go to. It's really helpful and informative. Overall, everything is good. I give this place 5 stars. The facility is super clean and well-maintained. Everything has been going great. It's just an excellent place.

"Peace of Mind for Alzheimer's and Dementia Care"
I highly recommend this senior living community to anyone who has struggled with caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's and Dementia. My loved one isn't getting worse and finds some happiness every day. The staff is amazing at handling his changing needs. Before, I was always worried about what might go wrong. Now, I feel relieved knowing my loved one is safe and well cared for.

"Villa Marche supports both residents and their families."
Villa Marche has been my mom's home for 3 ½ years, and they have always taken great care of her. She moves around a lot, but there’s always food ready for her at mealtimes. The portions are big, healthy, and delicious. The staff is amazing, and the open-door policy welcomes both residents and families. I visit at all times of the day, even after 9 p.m., and I’ve never seen any mistreatment or uncleanliness. The activities are wonderful, and it’s truly special to see the residents enjoying music and dancing. Alzheimer’s takes so much, but Villa Marche gives back through music and weekly family support. Thank you, Villa Marche, for everything you do for us.

"A Terrible Time at Villa Marche!"
I wouldn't suggest choosing Villa Marche Residential Care Facility. We shelled out a bunch of cash monthly and all he did was just sit around. Now, he's in the hospital due to not getting enough food. The regular workers are decent, but the boss is dreadful. He yelled at us and even insisted on arguing while the EMTs were present. They were awful.

"Friendly staff and many activities for residents!"
Villa Marche is amazing! The place looks really nice, and they take great care of memory care patients. They have lots of activities, and our loved one is much more focused now because they keep her busy. The staff seem to really love their jobs, and it shows in the care they give. Some staff members have been there for over 10 years!

"Quick Look-see Breaks No Boundaries: Honestly, Not Impressed"
We took a look around this place but weren't blown away. It used to be an old health recovery home and it didn't really make us feel welcomed. This place just wasn't a match for our needs.

It’s like home! The food is great. The communal areas outside are nice. The activities keep people motivated with TV, games, and entertainment. They have a hair salon and laundry services. It’s very good there.

"Villa Marche: Great for Memory Issues, Not Nursing"
I believe Villa Marche is a good place for folks who can get around on their own and just have trouble remembering things. They said they have skilled nursing, but I’m not sure that’s quite right. The people who work there are really nice and try hard, but there’s not enough of them to give the kind of medical care some patients need. These workers are amazing and kind-hearted. I don’t think they should say they do “skilled nursing” though. Still, they were a huge help when we really needed it. They do a fantastic job helping people with tough problems like dementia or Alzheimer’s.

"Caring Staff and Happy Residents at Villa Marche"
My brother and I are really happy with Villa Marche. They care a lot about my mom, and she's very content there. She stays active with various activities and enjoys time with her new friends. Steve and his team are very kind and treat everyone like family. We're so thankful we found this place! A big thanks to Charlotte Stackpole from A Place for Mom for her help with finding the right spot for my mom.

"Mom Is Getting Good Care"
Some of the staff are really nice, but others seem unhappy. It depends on who you meet in the hallways. If it were my business, I'd want friendlier staff. The people who care for my mom directly are really good. My mom fell and hurt her hands, but they've been changing her bandages well. She fell at my house, so it's not uncommon They play games, sing, and do trivia quizzes from the past. The food is good, and the arrangements with Kaiser and the pharmacy are convenient.

"Great place, welcoming staff but care and cost is concerning"
The facility is neat and the workers are super friendly. I did bump into a couple of problems with them though. The manager is a good person but it feels like they might be able to handle certain things better. Overall, the place is great, I just had issues with the care provided and the money matters.

"Friendly Staff, Needs Updates & Bible Study"
The place could use a new coat of paint. The people working here are really nice. It’s a bummer there’s no group for Bible study. The wristbands for safety bug some of the folks here. It’d be better to have a keypad for security instead.

"Friendly Staff and Cozy Atmosphere in Older Facility"
The staff was friendly and interacted well with residents. The kitchen was small but smelled good. Some rooms have private baths. While the rooms could use some personal touches, overall, it’s better than most.
