"She Assisted Living Facility Fails to Provide Adequate Care"
The woman who runs this facility, she comes off as a kind, church-going lady at first but all she's really interested in appears to be money. After my dad moved in, she wasn't nice to him. She even complained to my mom that my dad needed a special night nurse, which would cost an extra $60 per hour. My dad fell once and she didn't even assist him. After less than a week, she abruptly told my mom, "I'm sending your husband back." She didn't give us any warning. We were shocked and upset by her poor treatment of my dad. Even though we didn't want him to stay at this place any longer, we were locked into a 30-day contract and had planned to provide 30 days' notice before leaving. The least Yvonne could have done was to do the same. Even though she returned all of our money, the whole experience was just horrible.
