"Inadequate care, privacy neglect, and overmedication issues."
This place simply doesn't look after the people you care about. They stick them in a quiet spot and then they just get worse. They give them medicines that make them sleep and see things that aren't there, and then they say it's the person's fault. They don't even respect their privacy rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Get your loved one out of there. I'm going to report them.

"Warm Welcome, Lovely Features, Active Community, Vacancy Issue"
The people who work here were really nice and made us feel welcome when we came. Their place is really nice, and they take good care of it. I saw that the people who live there stay busy with lots of stuff to do. But they didn't have any room for us, which was a bummer.

My mom loves the community. The staff is great at helping with all her feeding needs. It was a wonderful place for her before she went to the hospital. I highly recommend it to others.

They were very accommodating to us. Orange Park Guest Home has a nice, homey feel. You can always smell food cooking as soon as you walk in. It is also very clean.

"Exceptional Care and Cleanliness—A True Blessing!"
We moved Mom in a few months ago, and Janet and John have been amazing. We visit often and always find the place very clean and welcoming. Janet does a great job keeping us updated on how Mom is adjusting to her new home. We looked at 7 different places, and this one was by far the best for personal care, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks, Janet and John. May God keep blessing you!
