"Understaffed Facility with Language Barriers Disappoints Residents and Families"
The place looks nice and clean. Each room has its own bathroom with a toilet and sink. But there's not enough staff for John's needs. Only one person was there, and they didn't speak English well. We couldn't see any registered nurses around the main area.
