"Decent Place with Pleasant Tour Guide"

I went for a visit and this place seemed alright but not great. The building was bright but needs a bit of fixing up here and there. I think they didn't quite have the skills to give us the help we needed and it also didn't appear as clean as I'd like. Though, for others, it may work fine. The person showing us around was really nice, smart, and gave us lots of info about the place.
